We’ve had Chesterfield Service come out and fix several issues since moving into our home this past year. They took care of a big electrical job earlier this year, and more recently we had them install a new hot water heater and fix a faulty valve under our kitchen sink. Fantastic work.
Jamie and Eric were outstanding. They evaluated our situation/setup quickly and got us a quote for a replacement water heater within a few minutes. The replacement was here within 45 minutes while they removed the old appliance. They kept us informed of progress throughout the process, and the new unit was installed very fast. They also took the time to go to fixtures around the house to make sure that air and sediment was bled from the system properly. Fantastic work.

Lost our water heater a month ago on a Saturday night and Chesterfield Services was the only place out of a dozen others that took our call. We had Marscel come out to mitigate the water damage and Scott come out to replace it. Both guys were super professional and just downright genuinely good people. I cannot say enough about how fantastic Chesterfield Service was. My hot water heater went out on Sunday night. I made several calls to other companies, all of whom told me they couldn't make it out for 4-5 days. Chesterfield Service rearranged one of their technician's schedules to get them out on Monday. Within 4 hours I had a new water heater installed. Our technician, Scott, was incredibly nice and very knowledgeable when recommending the replacement and explaining what had caused the failure of our old water heater. I will definitely be using this company in the future!
