Vinnie is the greatest
My outside faucet broke while on full blast. I called ten 24/7 company lines, but no one could help! It was Sunday. (I'm new at this homeowner stuff and didn't realize till later that when I turned off the water, it was not for the whole house.) I finally called Chesterfield Service. After telling them my problem, I was notified by text minutes later that Vincent would be texting me—which he did with his picture. He eventually came, diagnosed the problem, and we made plans for him to come back the next day. It was getting late. Vincent, or Vinnie, came back Monday and did a great job. He was very thorough and seemed happy to help me and answered some of the questions I had regarding plumbing and shut off! Lol! Vinnie is the greatest representation of Chesterfield Service. Thorough, and eager to help, inform, and answer questions. Great job, Vinnie!
