TL;DR Chesterfield Service knows their stuff; they’re the best call you can make! At 5:05 p.m. the night before Thanksgiving, my kitchen sink drains all backed up at once. Not great timing, I know. I called Chesterfield Service and spoke with their wonderful customer service team anticipating that I’d be out of luck… but no! They connected me with Michael, who saved the day after hours! He diligently worked to fix the immediate problem (so I can make dinner for the family tomorrow!) and also crafted a plan to ensure it won’t happen again! It was a tricky situation made wonderful by Michael and Chesterfield Service.

I had a main line block and sewage was backing into my basement. I called four companies after hours and two called back. Mike and Chesterfield Service responded first and got out to see me first thing the next morning. They recommended against emergency service as the rate would have doubled, and I appreciated that. Mike called and let me know when he would be there and was right on time. He was professional and got right to work. He estimated 90 min to clear the drain and did it in less than an hour. I am happy with his work and the reasonable pricing. He said he is not a waste cleanup firm and cannot help there, but he hosed it down the drain and treated it with dish soap. This was above and beyond and I appreciated it. My house is back to normal and he is sending me an estimate on some other potential issues I may consider. I will recommend Chesterfield Service in the future.
