TL;DR Chesterfield Service knows their stuff; they’re the best call you can make! At 5:05 p.m. the night before Thanksgiving, my kitchen sink drains all backed up at once. Not great timing, I know. I called Chesterfield Service and spoke with their wonderful customer service team anticipating that I’d be out of luck… but no! They connected me with Michael, who saved the day after hours! He diligently worked to fix the immediate problem (so I can make dinner for the family tomorrow!) and also crafted a plan to ensure it won’t happen again!
