Everything was awesome. From the first contact phone call to Sean, the service tech. He was friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and spoke in terms we could understand, not being all technical. For calling after 5 p.m., he was out in a few hours without the hassle of the other CO that I could never get their answer service to answer when they told me I had to call after 5 to make an emergency HVAC appointment.
