Shawn did a thorough check of our furnace after a weekend of poor heat. Replaced a vacuum hose and all is working fine. It’s 25 years old and he did a safety check too. Found some serious cracks in heat exchanger so we are going to consider replacement. On time and great personal skills, communicated well each issue.

The biggest reason to use Chesterfield Service is they are honest. He didn’t attempt to sell me a new furnace or claim my heat exchanger was damaged.
